What experience do I need to own a franchise with Conserva Irrigation?

We seek financially qualified candidates who are inspired by our mission to save our water supply and create a new model for responsible irrigation while supporting beautiful and healthy lawns. Irrigation experience is NOT required.
What is provided as part of the Conserva Irrigation franchise program?
Franchise owners and their managers will receive comprehensive on-site training on the Conserva Irrigation franchise model, both in the classroom and on the job. When it’s time for your Grand Opening, our franchise team will travel to your location to make sure you are calm, confident, and excited when you open your doors. Owners will have access to the Conserva Irrigation Confidential Operations Manual for daily operations. Our team is available to assist you when you need us. We are always just a call or click away.d
How much will the Conserva Irrigation franchise program cost me?
The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from [estimated_initial_investment]. We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
Are there ongoing fees to pay?
We collect a royalty fee equal to 8% of gross revenues for $0 – $499,999, with reduced royalty fees for gross revenues of $500,00 and above. Fees such as these allow us to fund our ongoing Conserva Irrigation support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, recipes, and systems upgrades. Are there any advertising fees?
Conserva Irrigation franchise owners will be required to spend a minimum of $40,000 per calendar year on local marketing. You will also contribute 1.5% of your first $1,500,000 gross revenues to the brand marketing fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Conserva Irrigation brand and cover the creative costs to develop branded marketing materials and campaigns.
What is the term of the agreement?
The initial term of your agreement is 7 years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
